**2. Custom-Made & Print-on-Demand Products**
All apparel and physical products available in our boutique are custom-made and printed on demand through our trusted fulfillment partners. Production begins immediately after an order is successfully placed. Because items are created specifically for you, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once production has commenced.
**3. Shipping & Delivery**
While our brand is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, our physical items are proudly printed and shipped directly from fulfillment centers located inside the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates.
**4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements (14-Day Policy)**
Because our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy for general preferences (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind).
*Exception for Damaged or Incorrect Items:*
We will gladly issue a free replacement or store refund only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund under this exception, the following strict conditions apply:
• The issue must be reported via email within 14 days of the tracking delivery date with clear accompanying photographic evidence.
• The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original, unmodified condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain completely intact and attached to the clothing.
• Any items showing signs of wear, washing, scent, or missing original labels will be automatically disqualified from replacement eligibility.
**5. Payment & Security**
All payments are processed securely through Big Cartel's integrated, industry-standard payment gateways. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card details or financial credentials.
**6. Privacy & Data Protection**
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and share necessary data (such as your shipping address) only with our direct platform providers (Big Cartel) and fulfillment partners (Printify) to process and deliver your orders safely.
**7. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where our brand operations are legally headquartered.
