📌 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you order the wrong size or change your mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a free replacement

Exceptions & Conditions for Replacement:

We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible, please ensure:

• The issue must be reported withi14 days of delivery with clear photos.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and labels must still be attached to the clothing.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or missing labels will not be eligible for a replacement.
